The complete schedule for the 2010-2011 season of interclub competitions has been posted on the NECCC web site. There are three print competitions (both color and black and white) and three Electronic Photograph competitions (open and nature categories). The listing shows both the deadline dates for each competition and the location, date, and time of the actual competitions. Members of any NECCC club are welcome to attend the competitions and observe the judging.

Ocean State International Open for Entries
The Photographic Society of Rhode Island, an NECCC member club, is pleased to announce that its entry system for the 2010 Ocean State Exhibition is ready to receive entries. The Ocean State Exhibition is one of two PSA recognized international photography exhibitions held in New England; the other is the Greater Lynn International Exhibition that is held in the spring. Both exhibitions are recognized by the Color Projected Image Division.
The Ocean State Exhibition is a dual projection salon that accepts either slides or digital entries that fit within 1024 pixels wide by 768 pixels high. They charge a modest $9 for North American entries and $12 for entries from the rest of the world. PayPal can be used to make your payment. The closing date for receipt of entries is Oct. 30, 2010.

Scores and Images from 2010 Conference Posted
One of the popular events at every NECCC Summer Conference is a competition for digital slides (projected electronic images). There are two categories, open and nature, and each attendee may enter one image into each category. The images are judged on Saturday afternoon and the awards are presented on Sunday morning.
You can download score sheets for both competitions and view the winning images by visiting the home page of the NECCC website (www.neccc.org). The links are near the top of the page.

Digital Slide Interclub Competition Results Posted
The results of the Spring 2010 Digital Slide Interclub Competition have now been posted on the New England Camera Club Council web site. To view the results, click here. The complete competition report showing all the scores received by all the entries and a gallery of the winning and honorable mention images for all four competitions (pictorial classes A and B, nature classes A and B) are available.
This competition was hosted by the Stony Brook Camera Club under the direction of Dan Charbonnet, FPSA, MNEC. The judges were Richard Cloran, FPSA, EPSA, MNEC, Ray Guillette, MNECC, and Charles Burke, APSA, PPSA, MNEC.
The winning clubs for this competition were:

Pictorial Class B: Central New England
Nature Class A: Nashoba Valley
Nature Class B: Greater Lynn
Since this was the last competition of the 2009-2010 competition year, the winning clubs for the season were:
