The fall 2016 inter-club print competition, hosted by the Eastern Maine Camera Club, was held on Thursday, October 27, 2016 at Dysart’s Restaurant (Grand Laker Room), Bangor, Maine. The judges for this competition were: Patrick Downey, John Foster, and Thomas Morelli.

Thomas Morelli is a full time portrait and wedding photographer who has been in the business for over thirty six years. He was awarded Maine Photographer of the Year in 2003 by the the Maine Professional Photographers Association.
Holding the print competition at a restaurant having event rooms made it convenient for rounds one and two to be run first, with a meal break of 30 minutes, followed by rounds three and four. The competition took about two hours to complete, with an additional 30 minutes for the dinner break. Sharing competition tasks were... Sally Arata, Jeanne Caron, Kevin Doyle, Alice Frati, Joel Holcomb, Kathy Lena, and Larry Sherwood. Many thanks go to the Eastern Maine Camera Club, the judges, competition support staff, and Dysart’s Restaurant for making this event possible.
