on your clubs website and in the newsletter. I would appreciate it if
you could please see that the committee person responsible for your
website and newsletter gets it.

you have a new rep or a new president for the 2017-2018 camera club
season and you have not sent the new name in to us yet, please make sure
you get the new name and postal, as well as email addresses in to our

ASAP to ensure that the clubs NECCC information packet which will be
postal mailed by the end of August 2017 gets to the right person and
further email correspondence also goes to the correct individuals.
