2014 - 2015 Model
Shoots at Greater Lynn Photographic Association
On three Sundays in the 2014 – 2015 camera club year Greater
Lynn will hold model shoots. The three dates are November 16, 2014, January 25, 1015, and March 22, 2015. Each
shoot will begin at 10:00 A.M. and close at 3:00 P.M. We will slow down during
lunch time, but we will not stop. There are six models that are scheduled for
each of the shoots. Please be cognizant that most of the models are in the
beginning stages of their modeling careers and therefore, have a measure of
patience when asking for a specific pose.
Photographers are expected to take ONLY THREE SHOTS in the
time frame of two minutes then move to the back of a line. This time frame is
instituted to keep the three lines (portrait, high key and low key) moving.
Also, it is vitally important to be polite to the models. Introduce yourself
and talk to her by her name and e-mail address that will be on a 5 X 7 card
attached to the main light stand. PLEASE say, “ thank you,” when you have taken
your three shoots and hand the pocket wizard to the next person in line.
The cost of the Model Shoot is: $10.00 for Greater Lynn
members and $15.00 for invited guests.
