Club Mission Statement: Our mission is the same as when we started: bringing those who enjoy photography together. We are open to any and all (no need to be a Quiet Corner resident) who enjoy photography and hope to better his/her skills in the craft.

Year your camera club started: The Quiet Corner Camera Club began in 1969 as the Windham Photography Club through the efforts of Charlie Sandborn. Mr. Sandborn, an avid photographer, with the help of three other camera buffs, organized the club with the purpose of bringing those who enjoy photography together.

What is something about your club we might not know? 
We have two life members who there at the beginning and still help to guide us today: Joe Peters, our NECCC rep and Anne-Marie Mercure, a well- traveled resource for us.

Three words that best describe your camera club (optional): Easy- going. Friendly, Diverse.


Favorite subject matter of your members (optional): Anything that suits you

Favorite field trip (optional): Just started encouraging Meet Ups through our Facebook page. When a member finds something interesting, he or she invites others.
